What is Gold Bonded Silver?
A real 14KT gold layer permanently fused to a core of .999 fine silver.
Not plating. Plating is a thin micro-layer measured in microns and wears off in months. Gold bonding fuses a thick layer of real 14KT gold under heat and pressure, typically 100× thicker than standard plating.
The core matters. We use .999 fine silver(purer than sterling .925) for weight, brilliance, and structural integrity. The 4mm and 6mm widths are made with precision-machined 950 silver to hold a tight, clean profile at slim widths.
The look of solid gold, a fraction of the cost. You get the warmth, tone, and density of solid 14KT, without the five-figure price tag. Each piece is mirror-buffed before bonding so the final finish reads as fine jewelry.

How Long Does the Finish Last+
It depends on your body chemistry and how often you wear it. Clients see anywhere from about a year to three to five years. Unlike a plated chain, it can always be re-bonded with a fresh 14KT layer, so the piece is never disposable.
Production and Shipping+
Every piece is made to order from scratch. Production takes two to three weeks, and heavier widths can run slightly longer. Ships fully insured with signature required, complimentary nationwide, with tracking on every order.
Sizing+

Care and Lifetime Service+
Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, avoid harsh cleaners, and store it separately. Free professional inspection and ultrasonic cleaning for life. Re-bonding is available through the atelier when the finish eventually shows wear, priced separately.

12mm questions, answered.
12mm or 14mm?

12mm is bold and still easy to wear all day. 14mm looks noticeably heavier and fills more of the chest. If this will be your only chain, 12mm is the easier daily wear.
Is a 12mm comfortable every day?

Yes. Silver is lighter than gold, so a gold bonded 12mm wears easier than a solid gold chain of the same width.
What length for a 12mm with a pendant?

22 to 24 inches lets a pendant sit mid-chest. Without a pendant, 20 to 22 inches shows the links best.
Will the gold wear off?

Gold bonding fuses a thick layer of real 14KT gold to the silver core, roughly 100× thicker than standard plating. With normal wear and basic care, the finish is built to last years, not months.
How long does production take?

Two to three weeks. Every piece is made to order from scratch. We do not stock finished cubans. Heavier widths and Sleek Moissanite locks can run slightly longer.
Can I return or resize it?

Made-to-order pieces are not returnable. Sizing adjustments (links added or removed) are available at material cost, labor priced separately when needed.
What is re-bonding?

Re-bonding is the process of applying a fresh 14KT gold layer to the piece after the original finish shows wear. Unlike plated chains, which are disposable once the finish breaks down, our bonded pieces are built to be serviced. Available through our atelier, priced separately when needed.
